Why two lines — Software and Live video?
Most facility software is one composite number that hides what you're paying for. We charge for the software like everyone else — competitive with Brightwheel and Procare — and break out the live video as a separate line because nobody else sells it. You can ignore the video line if you don't need it and we're still in the comparison.
What does a typical center pay?
50 kids + 6 cameras on Standard: $199 software + $125 per-child + $30 video = $354/mo. 100 kids + 16 cameras on Professional (24 cameras included): $399 + $250 per-child + $0 video = $649/mo. The ROI calculator walks your specific numbers.
What if I don't want live video?
Then you don't pay the per-camera line. You still get all the software — parent app, attendance, billing, payroll, compliance, EVV — at the base + per-child price. The video moat is opt-in. Most operators turn it on within the first 30 days when they see what it does for parent enrollment.
How much is the hardware?
Pi 5 Setup Kit is $299 one-time (1–6 cameras). Pro Hub is $450 (up to 30 cameras). Ryzen Mini for Enterprise multi-location is $1,499. The store lets you build a full quote with cameras included.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial, but a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription + hardware. Cancel inside 30 days, ship hardware back in any working condition, get a full refund. Replaces the "free trial" psychology with skin in the game on both sides.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual plans save approximately 17% (2 months free) and lock in your rate against future increases. Founding Partner facilities — early customers in our pre-revenue window — get a permanent $99/mo lock-in while founding slots remain.
