What we don't do
Dignity has hard limits built in.
A camera in a care setting should answer to the people it watches over. Ours comes with limits that are architectural, not optional:

Common areas, permissionedThe family window covers shared spaces, permissioned per area by the facility — framed for family viewing and incident footage.

Audio off by defaultCameras don't capture sound unless everyone who may be recorded has given written consent — the system blocks it otherwise. See the audio-off covenant.

Zero biometrics — by covenantNo facial recognition, ever. We contractually do not collect any. Read the No-Biometrics Covenant.

Getting in
Access comes from the facility.
Ask the administrator for an inviteFamily access is granted per family member, by the facility — that's a feature, not a hurdle.
Accept the email inviteYour login is created against the facility's own portal — check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
